By downloading, installing, or using the MyDTV mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

MyDTV is a mobile application designed to help users track DTV visa deadlines, 90-day reporting requirements, and immigration-related dates in Thailand. The App provides countdown timers, reminders, location detection, and immigration office locator services.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about your visa status and entry dates.
• You must comply with all applicable Thai immigration laws and regulations.
• You acknowledge that MyDTV is a reminder tool and does not guarantee compliance with immigration requirements.
• You are responsible for verifying all immigration deadlines and requirements independently.
• You must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Location Services

The App may request access to your device's location services to provide automatic location detection features. You can control location permissions through your device settings. Location data is used solely for determining whether you are inside or outside Thailand to adjust countdown timers accordingly.

5. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information. We use PostHog analytics to collect anonymous usage data to improve our services.

6. Subscription and Payment

• The App offers both free and premium subscription options.
• Premium features require a one-time payment as indicated in the App.
• All payments are processed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
• Subscription terms and refund policies are governed by the respective app store policies.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of immigration information or deadlines.
• The App is not a substitute for professional legal or immigration advice.
• We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from missed immigration deadlines.
• Immigration laws and requirements may change, and the App may not reflect the most current information.
• MyDTV is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Thai government. This app is designed to help DTV holders track their deadlines. Users are fully responsible for meeting all Thai immigration requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyDTV and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, are owned by MyDTV and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
